Recovery Support Services is a free service providing:

  • A dedicated support worker
  • Assistance with accessing grants and financial services
  • Practical, personal and emotional support
  • Information, referrals and advocacy for specialist services such as counselling, employment or business supports, tenancy services, legal advice, insurance, and material aid.

Anyone impacted directly or indirectly by natural disasters can chat with someone in our Recovery Team by phone, email or face-to-face.

We can arrange face-to-face appointments in:
